This website is operated by PPS Portugal, based at Faro, Algarve, Portugal.
These terms govern the use of the ondadrive.com website and the provision of car rental services in the Algarve.
The driver must be between 18 and 70 years old, hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year and a valid ID. Drivers under 25 are subject to an additional 8% surcharge. For Premium and Luxury category vehicles, the minimum age is 26 years.
Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and European methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA. No deposit or security hold required. All prices include VAT at the Portuguese legal rate (23%).
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
The client has a maximum of 1 hour after the agreed pickup time to present themselves at the pickup location. After this period, if no contact has been made, the booking will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
The Essential Plan includes full third-party and own-damage insurance, coverage for all occupants, unlimited mileage and 24/7 roadside assistance. In the event of an accident for which the driver is responsible, an excess of €1,000 applies. Insurance is provided by Fidelidade.
The Relax Plan includes all the coverage of the Essential Plan, with zero excess in the event of an accident. The client is fully protected at no additional cost. Insurance is provided by Fidelidade.
The client undertakes to use the vehicle responsibly, comply with traffic laws and return the vehicle in the condition it was received.
This contract is governed by Portuguese law, in particular Decree-Law 67/2003 and applicable supplementary legislation.
