Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

✅ Up to 48 hours before pickup: Free cancellation with full refund.

⚠️ Less than 48 hours before: Cancellation accepted, but refund may be partial or subject to case-by-case review. Contact us directly.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking via the Manage Booking page, entering your booking code and email. You can also contact us by phone or email.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 28 business days, via the same payment method used for the booking.

Card payment: The refund will be credited to the account linked to the card.

4. Cancellation by Onda Drive

In exceptional cases (breakdown, accident, unscheduled maintenance), Onda Drive reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the client will be notified by email and will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the timeframe.

5. No-Show

If the client does not show up to collect the vehicle at the reserved date and time, without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be due.
